Booking and Cancellation procedures

1. To confirm the safari, you will be required to pay a 20% non-refundable deposit of the total tour cost. The balance of the final amount is to be paid not later than eight weeks prior to the safari departure.

2. Cancellation of any booking is only effective on receipt of written notification. Should the cancellation be prior to eight weeks before the planned departure of the safari, the deposit is forfeited.

3. Cancellation 5 weeks prior to the safari departure - 50% refund of the balance payment.

4. Cancellation three weeks prior to the safari departure - there will be no refund.

5. Verified circumstances, leading to cancellations will be viewed with complete fairness.

Banking details will be presented on confirmation of the safari.
